MERANGKAK

Humaira sekarang dah pandai merangkak dan mnyulur. Tapi dia masih tak boleh merangkak guna lutut. Kalau merangkak duk statik jerla. Masih tak berani lagi agaknya. Sekarangkan tak duk diam dah. Pergi sana sini. Cikgu kat nursery complaint Humaira susah nak tido. Asyik nak main je. tak menang tangan la cikgu nak kejar. Aktif la kan nak membesar.

Humaira 8 Bulan

26 mARCH ...
gENAP hUMAIRA 8 bulan . Alhamdulillah she learned lot  of new things. ade dua gigi bawah, boleh mengensot ke depan , tak ke belakang lagi, suka main dgn mama. ASYIK TERSEngih je klau orng mngacah.
Tapi belum boleh duduk dan merangkak lagi.
Setiap bulan mest ade sakit samada demm , cirit birit , batu atau selsema.

Baru- baru ni dia cirit birit 2 seminggu lebih. Reason? Nak minum susu mahal. Tukarla dari Dumex ke Isomil yg harganya satu tin kecil 30 ringgit tunai.Takpa la untuk anak tersayang . Mama ngan Ayah sanggup berjimat- jimat semata nak beli susu Humaira.

Humaira ni sekarang banyak songeh tau. Dah pandai merengek kalau tangok mama tak layan ye. Manja jugak anak Mama ni yer..")

Anak mama sayang ni takut kalau ada orang tak kenal dukung ye. Tapi kadang2 kalau orang tu pandai agah ye, suka je dia . Sampai lupa Mama dia ni.

Apa yang mama harapkan di usia 9 bulan Humaira dah boleh merangkak dan duduk .

yee mee kung Fu

today i feel wan to eat Yee Mee Kungfu.So, i ask abang to buy some prawn on his way going home. 
This is the simplest dish and the fastest to cook.

Bahan-bahan:

Ayam
udang sderhana
sawi
carrot
telur
yee mee
lada hitam
cili padi
lada besar
kiub pati ayam
air

Cara- cara:

Didihkan air, udang, ayam.
Masukkan carrot, dan sawi , lada htam, kiub.
Kacau
masukkan Yee Mee
Masukkan sedikit tepung jagung yg dibancuh untuk memekatkan kuah.
Masukkan telur sebiji
Sedia di makan

3.22 a.m in the morning..

i just finish "processing" my dear daughter. she got cirit birit. poor my baby. i  woke up my husband to help clean up her. she pooo poo 2times dis morning plus yesterday 5 to 6 times.huhu. wats going on actually?
 i just gave her salt water . and she drnk it . i guess maybe she is overeating? overdrink? beacause this evenig my husbnd said she drnk and eat a lot. or may be i salah makan ?then she got it effect? hoooo  idun kniw. help me.poor my baby.....

feezah shah bertunang

last saturday me , aisyah ,fifi , D, and aini went to Teluk Panglima Garang. We went for
 Feeza Shah engagement day. it was a long journey from IIUM until her house.  in the middle way, we drop by at Aini house at Batu 3 .. This time Aini driving. instead her car is bigger than mine.heee.
From iium to Klang took almost 2 hours to arrive. Around 11 a.m we arrived there.

Feezah is really look so pretty in her dress and make up. ( of coz she is)
Anyway im as a friend glad to enjoy this precious moment with her.
I pray may thier relationship lasting longer.

Mars vs Vernus

it's a week since my last post .( i guest) .not much i can share because this week i got lot work and asigments to finish. Alhamdulillah, three was done and just left one on progress.

last friday i went to seminar on Mars vs Vernus organized by Karisma. among of the speaker are Pak tuih and Dr. Harlina. Pak Utih i met him before in Shah Alam . During that time sister Ummi from Ratu Hati inviting to our gathering to give some motivational talk. it just unofficial talk only. so this is my second time meeting him.

The first part present by Dr. Harlina . She is a doctor actually but at the same work as freelance pendakwah. Rare to be find  doctor like, who willing to sacrifice her time and effort for the sake of religion. i proud of her .

Later i will list down some of the content...

Exam and Discussion.

This week not much i can share .this is a tough week for me.  from tuesday my exams straight until thursday ( tomorrow). my brain not yet rest. what to do. responsibility. Importantly, whatever it is, this would be my last battle. Wish me good luck.
(but still have time for online yeah :) )hehe.

Aisyah help me a lot . We discuss together and revise all the subjects. Thanks to her for let me stay in her room for a while. Last night, Alhamdulillah we manage answer the paper. Im not expecting the questions is so easy. If I know i wouldnt study.hehe. But, actually i should thank to Aisyah again. If we not discuss the subject probably i cant answer it.

  • I realize that discussion is helping in exam. Especially when student have limited time to study. It's a fastest way to remember all the topic in a short time. But, there are some rules and regulation in having discussion. First, you must focus on the topic discuss. Then, it should a kind of bargaining. Each member cannot monopolize the discussion. So, there must have give and take. Must remember, if you are running out of time to study, dont panic.relax and calm down. If one of the member is panic, the others should relax, dont being affected by her or him. You must belief that you are well prepared and there is nothing to worry.  When discussing with friend, try to avoid doing other thing like eating or listening radio. Afraid, it would distrupt your focus. A efficient mode of discussion is reading, writing amd remembering.  When you have done reading, then, try to apply it on the paper. Just put a rough ideas not mentioning all. Then, it would help you to remember the content.

It's just a general ideas based on my expericed. Have a try:)

kerapu masak merah

today baru memasak setelah berhari2 dapur tutup. Selalu pergi rumah ibu je, tak sempat nak memaska kat rumah. Only today i gt chance to cook. my hubby said' da lama tak makan lauk  awak masak, lapar plak, meh nk tambah lagi " .hehe.

So, tadi  i cook Kerapu masak merah

bahan-bahan:

2 ekor ikan kerapu ( digoreng garing )
10 cili kering 
2 bawang besar 
garam 
asam keping 1
gula
garam

Penyediaan:

blend cili kering, bawang, bawang putih dan halia.
tumis bahan yang di blend
masukkan asam keping
buh air sedikit
perasakan dengan garam dan gula.
Curahkan atas ikan.

Tips:
kalau suka kuah pekat-pekat buh air sedikit sahaja.
kalau goreng ikan, tnggu minyak betul-betul panas, baru goreng.sebab, kalau xcukup panas isi dalam lambat masak, hanya kulit yang cepat masak.

Campak Sekam

3 days passed..... many things happen within those days..
My baby got fever . We brought her to clinic, and the doctor said her temperature is very high. That make me worry...
The nurse put medicine through her butt. Poor my baby..
She cant even sleep well. The next day sho got sick again.
This time not fever but Campak Sekam. What is that??
My auntie said its like a ruam.rasa gatal-gatal and miang.
Patutla my baby tak buleh tido semalaman.huhu.kesian nya anakku.
Tadi mandikan dengan air ubat. Tak tahulah air ape. Orang kampung cakap air tawar.konon-konon dah dijampi la camtu.

gulai kari ayam dan betik

Today i cook  a new recipe . it 's idea from abang actually.taste.not bad

Bahan-bahan:

Rempah kari
santan
cili padi
bawang merah dan putih
halia
betik muda ( agak2 nak masak cikit )
ayam

penyediaan:

Tumis bawang, halia, rempah.
Masukkan air sedikit, ayam. Masak dan kacau.
Masaukkan separuh santan.
Didihkan.
Masukkan lagi separuh santan dan betik.
Tunggu betik empuk.
Sedia untuk dimakan dengan nasi panas.

Tips:
Betik jangan beli yang terlalu masak, nanti masakn jadi manis. Beli yang sedang2 je. Tak terlalu masak tak terlalu muda.

Last night me and my husband went to Mid Valley KL. Just hang around looking some books. So, terpaksalah tinggalkan Humaira with her granny. at 8.OOPM we both merempit la ke sana. Driving? oh no. Alamatnyer sejamla stuck in the jam. So better naik motor aje kan

Yesterday Friday kan, so memang ramai sangat orang, kereta dan segala macam benda. Saya memang tak suka keadaan yang sesak macam tu. That's why la memang  sangat jarang kami ke shopping complex pada hujung minggu.

Crowded! Just left 2 days before Chinese New Year. I saw lot of Chinesse brought Mandarin fruit. Most shops also offer discounts from 50% up until  70%! Geram tengok.huhu

Cara nak buatnya same saje dgn popia hotdog. You can refer from it ok.Cuma, yang ini tak perlu potong kulit an pisang. Terus balut jer.Sebab, jika kulit popia tebal lagi rangup. Have a nice try

Ayam berempah

Another Ayam Berempah
Today i cook ayam berempah. My favorite dish. Once a week i must cook it. Habit.
I think i did write this recipe on previous post. So i just put a picture ok.
this time i put lot of serai to make it more tasty

kerabu mangga

Since my parents want to come to my house. I plan to cook Kerabu Mangga.
because i know daddy only selera makan if ade lauk2 kampung.


Bahan-bahan:


Mangga muda (diracik2 halus)
belacan
bawang merah hiris
cili padi hiris
santan
garam


Penyediaan:


Gaul semua bahan.Bubuh santan sedikit.


Tips:
Mangga eloknya yang muda barula rasanya kaw-kaw.
Sesetengah orang suka letak cuka, tapi saya suka letak santan sebab rasanya berlemak sambil masam2 gitu.
Selamat mencuba.

Bahan kisar:
bawang merah

Penyediaan:

Masukkan bahan kisar, santan, kunyit dan udang ke dalam periuk.
Buka api perlahan, kacau sekali sekala.
Bila sudah menggelegak masukkan pegaga dan asam keping.
Kacau.
Perasakan dengan garam.

Tips:
Masak pegaga sekejap sahaja kerana ia cepat masak

Popia Mini Hotdog

yesterday i cook POPIA MINI HOTDOG.  
it was a long time before since i wish to make popia. Alhamdulillah yesterday made 20 pieces. it so easy to make. Just buy kulit popia and a  hotdog.


Bahan-bahan:


Kulit popia
hotdog


Penyediaan:
Potong kulit popia kepada 4 bahagian.
Potong hotdog kepada 3 bahagian.
Ambil satu dan balut
Goreng .Semasa menggoreng, balik- balikkan supaya gorengan sekata.


Tips:
Keluarkan kulit popia selama 30 minit dari peti ais.
Sentiasa lap kulit popia dengan tuala lembap supaya tidak kering.
Berhati-hati mengggoreng dikhuatiri the hot dog will 'pop up'

Last saturday me and my husband to went wedding party just down from our house. Actually, we dont really know the bribes and her family. It is a flat house, so of course all will be invited no matter who you are.So on that day, we just go (redah jer). the 'majlis bersanding' is quite late because representatives from male bride were stuck in the traffic jam at Jalan ( that is what they said) . So, around 3.30 they arrived.

ASEAN LOGICS CONFERENCE

today, the whole day i missed the class. sory to all lectures.
today i attended ASEAN LOGICS CONFERENCE which been held at IIUM Gombak.
it is a big event organized by ASEAN FOUNDATION collaborating with Ministry Higher Education as well as WAWASAN club.It was launched by the Deputy of Minister Higher Education Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah.
Among the speakers are Dr.Khoo Khay Kim and Tun Dr. Mahathir, Dr Farish Ahmad Nor, Dr. Kamar Oniah,Dr Chandra Muzaffar, Dr. Filemon A. Uriarte Jr, Dr. Ishtiaq Hossain ( moderator) and so on.

This conference is to discuss about issue in ASEAN and to build an awareness among Asean youth on the important of it.

yesterday i cooked Tomyam Kung.


bahan-bahan:


ayam( dipotong kecil)
sawi
serai
daun limau purut
bawang
carrot
tomato
pes tomyam thai 


Penyediaan:


Masukkan air dalam periuk bersama dengan ayam.
bila telah didih, masukkan pes tomyam dan segala sayur kecuali tomato.
masukkan serai dan bawang dan daun limau purut.
bila telah masak , masukkan tomato dan tutup api.


Tips:
pes tomyam yang sedap dan kaw-kaw rasanya buleh dibeli di padang besar.pes tomyam thai

cendawan goreng

yesterday i bought lot of mushroom becoz the price is so cheap. for RM3.00 i got 6 packet mushroom.haha . manyak ong oo yesterday. So today i cook Crispy Mushroom. have a try :)

Bahan-bahan:

Mushroom
 (yg sepeket seringgit)
telur
tepung gandum
lada sulah
lada hitam
garam
serbuk kari ( secubit)
minyak (untuk goreng)

Penyediaan:
 
Celup cendawan dengan telur.
gaul tepung, lada sula, lada hitam, garam, kari.
Kemudiaan celup cendawan ke dalam tepung tadi.
Goreng hingga kekuningan.

Tips:
Selepas basuh cendawan , keringkan dahulu supaya air tidak diserap dalam cendawan.Jika air diserap cendawan akan kurang garing bila digoreng.

my hubby is cooking

Semalam saya rasa agak kurang sehat. Simptom2 demam sudah menyerang batuk + selsema+ sakit tekak. agaknya musim demam sekarang. panas pun ta menentu , sekejap hujan sekejap panas . Jadinya nak masak pun rasa tak larat. So my hubby said he willingly to cook. Owh , terharu sangat . Memang time- time tak sihat ni kalau masak pun tah jadi ape la rasanya. So, takpelah  i let he cook himself. Then.....inilah hasilnya.

Tips:
ikan di kelar - kelar supaya bia goreng isinya lebih masak dan rangup
Ikan kembung yang dah lama lebih garing dan sedap dari ikan kembung fesh.

yesterday i cooked a simple dishes just for me to eat

Daging kacang masak 2 rasa
i u feel lazy to cook this recipe is very suitable especially for young teenagers who are started to learn cooking

Bahan-bahan;

Daging (direbus)
kacang panjang
2 sdb cili kisar
1 biji tomato ( kisar)
1sdb sos tomato
1sdb sos tiram
bawang putih

Penyediaan:

Daging dihiris nipis.
Tumis bawan putih, cili kisar hingga naik bau.
Masukkan sos tiram dan sos tomato.
Masuk tomato kisar.
Masuk daging dan kacang panjang.
Perasakan dengn garam dan gula.

Tips:
Daging direbus dahulu seketul besar untuk lebih lembut.
Cili kisar dengan bawang untuk mengurngkan kepedasan.

sos tiram
kicap pekat
kicap cair
air rebusan daging
daging 
tpung jagung (bancuh dengan air)
garam
bawang putih (hiris)
halia(hiris)


Penyediaan:


Mee celur dengan air panas.
Tumis bahan hiris.
Masukkan daging.
Masukkan air dan sayuran.
Masukkan sos dan kicap.
Tunggu hngga masak.
Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung.
Tutup api.Masukkan telur sebiji.

fever (2)

Fever

Last i was shocked when her temperature getting up until 39'c. The day before
  she looks okay. Play around with her daddy. But then, i dun know why it suddnly increase. Maybe she's too active.
 I feel so terrible..and cannot sleep well..

 Mee sua @ Yimee
daging ( rebus& potong  kecil)
sawi
bunga kobis
bawang merah (hiris)
2 biji telur
air rebusan daging
carrot (hiris)
bwang putih (tumbuk)
serbuk pati ayam@ garam
tepung jagung ( bancuh dengan air)

Penyediaan:

Tumis bawang putih
Masukkan daging dan air rebusan daging
Masukkan sayur-sayuran.
Masukkan serbuk pati ayam dan garam.
Masukkan telur .
Masukkan tepung jagung .
Tuang kuah atas mee.
Siap dimakan.

Tips:

Tepung jagung untuk memekatkan kuah.

Bahan-bahan:

Pak choi
sos tiram
bawang putih (dadu)
bawang goreng

Penyediaan:

Kukus sekejap PAK cHOI.
Angkat dan susun dalam piring leper
Tumis bawang putih.
Masuk Sos Tiram,
Bubuh air sedikit
Angkat dan curah atas  sayur.
Tabur bawang goreng

Tips:

Jangan kukus sayur lama sangat . Nanti layu.

today i cook tempe with sambal..the taste? urmmmm very very good. Have a try :)

Bahan-bahan :

Tempe (hiris)
Kentang (hiris)
3 sdb cili kisar
2 bj bawang besar (blend bersama cili kisar)
asam keping 2

Penyediaan:

Goreng garing tempe dan kentang.
Dalam kuali lain  masak cili kisar yg di blend bersama bawang
Bubuh asam keping.
Perasakan dengan garam dan gula

Tips:
Bawang boleh mengurangkan kepedasan cili.

I like to eat chicken spices. So today i'm planning to cook chicken spices taken from  Rasa Magazine..

from among variety of chicken spices , only this one i like most because the taste is very delicious.

Bahan-bahan:

Ayam 1/2 ekor
2 sdb serbuk ketumbar
1sdb serbuk jintan manis
1sdb serbuk jintan putih
3 btg serai (blend)
3 bawang merah (blend)
2 bawang putih (blend)
2 sdb serbuk kari
sedikit serbuk kunyit
garam

Penyediaan :

Gaul semua bahan
Perap 45 minit
Goreng dengan minyak  banyak.

Tips :
Goreng ayam berempah mengambil masa yang lama. Dikhuatiri ayam akan jadi keras. Maka, bila ayam dah bertukar jadi kekunigan dan sudh masak. Jangan tunggu lama2 terus angkat.

bagi surirumah yang mahukan masakan yang simple dan cepat resipi ini sangat sesuai. Hanya 10 minit sahaja siap  di masak..

Bahan-bahan :

 Tauge besar
carrot
daun kucai
tauhu putih
bawang besar (hiris)
bawang goreng (hiasan)
santan cair

Penyediaan:

Masukkan santan,  carrot dan bawang ke dalam periuk.
Buka api dan masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan daun kucai dan tauge
Masak sekejap. Perasakan dengan garam.Tutup api.
Taburkan bawang goreng masa menghidang.

Tips:
Masa mula memasak santan dikacau selalu supaya tidak berketul. Masakan ini tidak guna minyak.
